— resiliency coaching —

Resilience for the work that needs you most.

Resilience is a dynamic, evolving process — developed and sustained over a lifetime. Robust resilience means being able to regulate your emotions and adjust to internal and external stressors, including changes and transitions, planned and unplanned.

Cultivating resilience can lead to deepened personal relationships, a renewed sense of purpose, and a more hopeful, optimistic outlook on life — even amidst a world on fire.

— the coach —

25 years in civil legal services, children's rights, and family defense.

I am a certified integral coach. Over the course of my career I have represented hundreds of children, youth, and adults, managed teams, led local, statewide, and national projects, and built projects from the ground up.

My career has been grounded in a deep commitment to reflective practice, developmentally focused, trauma-informed, interdisciplinary services, and relationship-based intervention. I was an early pioneer in trauma-informed lawyering as an evidence-based best practice for representing clients who have experienced trauma. As a coach, I'm passionate about supporting my clients to develop lasting personal resilience.
